Apprenticeship Programme

Apprenticeship creates opportunities for both the apprentice and the company, as it prepares the young person to perform professional activities and have the capacity to deal with different situations at work. At the same time, it allows the training of qualified labour, increasingly necessary for companies in a scenario of technological evolution.

The learning process is accompanied by an employee of the area where the youngster will work. This person will be responsible for guiding the apprentice during the development of practical activities, besides ensuring his integration in the company, following up his development and making a periodic assessment, sharing these processes with the training institution.

The apprentice contract period is one year, and the requirements to participate are: being 16 years old and studying in regular school. If the apprentice is 18 years old after completing the apprenticeship course, they can apply for permanent positions in the company. Currently, Brandili has 41 young apprentices under contract.
