Knowledge Incentive Programme (KIP)

The PIC is an opportunity that subsidises study grants in various areas of Brandili. Through it, employees can obtain a scholarship of up to 50% of the monthly cost of the chosen course, up to a maximum of R$500.00. The benefit is granted for courses of direct application to the professional's area of activity after evaluation by a company committee. 

The project began in 2007 and since then over 1.3 million reais have already been invested. "The objective is to encourage and show that employees can grow within the company, through career plans. We have already helped train 690 employees in technical, higher and post-graduation courses", comments Cláudia Orçati Caniceiro, manager of Human and Organizational Development and Internal Communication. 

The main partner institutions are SENAI, FURB, UNIASSELVI and NAES. Fashion Design, Textile Technician, Production Engineering, Administration, Higher Technology in Clothing and Post-Graduation in Business Management are some of the courses that employees can improve. 

"We also have opportunities for those who have not yet finished school. In 2007, we started a partnership with the Advanced Center for Supplementary Education (NAES), which benefited 830 employees with the completion of elementary and high school. After that, we also launched the 'Time to Study' programme, in partnership with SESI", says Cláudia.
